Processing time

Orders are shipped from 127 NW 3rd Street, Suite A, Prineville, OR 97754, United States. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping destinations and cost

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

Transit time

After an order ships, standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier operations, weather, and other events may cause delays. The transit estimate starts after processing is complete.
